Data may be transferred to the United States under Meta's Data Privacy Framework certification.- Tally BV (form provider) — for processing your enquiry form submission.- Carrd LLC — for hosting our website.- Google LLC (Workspace) — for processing email correspondence sent to [email protected].We do not sell your personal data to anyone.5. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC119962.In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to CareerStep UK Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the user of our services.2. Our serviceCareerStep UK Ltd is an admissions and student recruitment service. We help UK adults aged 21 and over access university routes (including Certificate of Higher Education courses, Foundation Year programmes, and degree pathways) through our partner universities.We act as an intermediary between prospective students and partner universities. We do not provide education ourselves and we are not a university.3. Our partner universitiesOur current partner institutions are:
- University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD)
- University of the West of Scotland (UWS)
- University of Suffolk (via London School of Commerce)
- University of Roehampton
- Arden UniversityCourse offerings, eligibility criteria, fees, and locations are set by the universities and may change without notice.4. EligibilityTo apply through CareerStep UK Ltd you must:- Be 21 years of age or over (limited exceptions apply for some courses requiring 64–80 UCAS points)
- Be a UK citizen, hold settled or pre-settled status, indefinite leave to remain, refugee status, or other recognised UK residency status
- Be able to communicate in conversational English for university admissions interviews
- Provide accurate information in your enquiry formFinal eligibility for each course is determined by the university, not by us.5. The application process(a) You submit an enquiry form on our website.
(b) We contact you (typically by WhatsApp) to discuss your options and assess eligibility.
(c) If eligible, we refer your application to your chosen partner university.
(d) The university conducts its own admissions process, which usually includes an interview.
(e) Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the university.We do not guarantee acceptance onto any course. University decisions are final and not made by us.6. Student FinanceUK tuition fees for our partner courses are typically covered by Student Finance England, Student Finance Wales, or equivalent bodies for eligible students. Eligibility for Student Finance is determined by the funding body, not by us. We do not guarantee Student Finance approval.7. Fees and chargesOur service is free of charge to prospective students. We are compensated by partner universities upon successful enrolment of students we have referred. You will never be asked to pay us directly.8. Honesty and accuracyYou agree to provide accurate, truthful information in your enquiry form and throughout the application process. Providing false information may result in your application being withdrawn by the university and may constitute fraud.9. CommunicationsBy submitting our enquiry form you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email about your enquiry and application. You can opt out at any time.10. Intellectual propertyAll content on careerstepuk.com (including text, images, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to CareerStep UK Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without our written permission.11. Third-party links and servicesOur website may contain links to third-party websites (including partner university websites, our social media, and form providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.12. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:- University admissions decisions
